internal transfer policy

Parents who wish to transfer their child/children within El Rabwa Group Schools, Should follow the below procedures:

  • Parents are requested to fill out a withdrawal form from their ​current school directed to the school they wish to transfer to within the network.
  • Parents shoul​d fill new online application forms for the selected school.
  • There are no required assessments for any internal transfers until Grade 5.
  • The admissions approval of the transfer process is going to be based on the student’s behavioral record and academic performance of the current school.
  • Transfer documents is handled internally through the students’ affairs office according to the legislation of the Egyptian Ministry of Education.
  • No additional fees are required for the above mentioned process.
